(&#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;our,&#8221; or &#8220;the Company&#8221;).<\/p><p><strong>1. Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><p>To be eligible for a return, you must meet all of the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Submit a request within the specified timeframe:<\/strong>\u00a0You must submit a return request to us within [e.g., 40] days of receiving the product.<\/li><li><strong>Original condition:<\/strong>\u00a0The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and with all original tags and packaging.<\/li><li><strong>Provide proof of purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.<\/li><li><strong>Return Authorization:<\/strong>\u00a0You must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) from us in advance. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.<\/li><li><strong>Ship the product back:<\/strong>\u00a0Ship the product back to the designated return address, following the return instructions we provide. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect shipment or defective product).<\/li><li><strong>Provide tracking information:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide us with the tracking information for the return package so that we can track its progress.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Limited Warranty<\/strong><\/p><p>We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, and the warranty period shall be based on the actual product and invoice content as the standard. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.<\/p><p><strong>2. Warranty Coverage<\/strong><\/p><p>This warranty covers the following defects:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Material defects:<\/strong>\u00a0Inherent defects in the materials used in the product.<\/li><li><strong>Workmanship defects:<\/strong>\u00a0Defects in the manufacturing process of the product.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.
