Returns and Warranty Policy

This Return Policy applies to industrial machinery blade products sold by Maidecal Seiko Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Submit a request within the specified timeframe: You must submit a return request to us within [e.g., 40] days of receiving the product.
- Original condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.
- Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) from us in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Meet the return exception conditions: The product must not fall under any of the non-returnable exceptions (see below).
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will evaluate your return request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product back: Ship the product back to the designated return address, following the return instructions we provide. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect shipment or defective product).
- Provide tracking information: Provide us with the tracking information for the return package so that we can track its progress.
3. Return Exceptions
The following types of orders or products are generally not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or our error:
- Customized or special order products: Products that are customized or manufactured according to your specific specifications or requirements.
- Used or installed products: Products that have been used or installed, unless there is a defect that could not have been discovered through inspection.
- Damaged products: Products that have been damaged due to your negligence, misuse, or accident.
- Products past their warranty period: Products that are past their warranty period.
- Clearance or promotional products: Clearance or promotional products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
- Software or data products: If the software or data product has been opened or activated.
- Hygiene products: Certain products may not be returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Bulk orders: Large volume orders may require special return handling; please contact us for more information.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether we have approved your refund.
- Approved refunds: If your refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping and handling fees) to your original payment method. The refund processing time may vary depending on the actual situation at the time and arrival.
- Partial refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, for example, if the product is damaged or missing certain parts.
- Denied refunds: If your refund is denied, we will explain the reasons to you and ship the product back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend that you return the original product following the return process described above and then re-order the new product you want.

If you have any disputes regarding our Return Policy or a refund, please contact our customer service team first, and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to industrial machinery blade products sold by Maidecal Seiko Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
1. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, and the warranty period shall be based on the actual product and invoice content as the standard. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following defects:
- Material defects: Inherent defects in the materials used in the product.
- Workmanship defects: Defects in the manufacturing process of the product.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: Wear and tear resulting from normal use, such as blade dulling.
- Improper use: Damage caused by using the product in a manner inconsistent with our instructions or intended use.
- Abuse: Intentional or reckless damage to the product.
- Accidents: Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters.
- Negligence: Damage caused by failure to properly maintain or care for the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Damage caused by modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized third party.
- Corrosion: Damage due to exposure to corrosive environments or substances.
- Incompatibility: Damage caused by using the product with incompatible equipment or systems.
- Used or refurbished products: Used or refurbished products are not covered by the warranty.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide evidence: We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the defect so that we can assess your claim.

- Warranty evaluation: We will inspect the returned product to determine whether there is a defect covered by the warranty.
- Warranty solution: If we determine that the product has a defect covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, choose one or more of the following solutions:
- Repair the product: Repair the product free of charge.
- Replace the product: Replace the product with the same or a similar new product.
- Refund: Refund the purchase price of the product.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of use.
6. Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided in this Warranty Policy, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lishui District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
